How do I place a return or exchange?
We're sorry you didn't love your EDILYO. Please reach out to support@edilyo.com with your order number and the products you'd like to exchange or return, and we'll take care of the rest.

Don't worry—EDILYO packages don't include return slips. Just reach out to support@edilyo.com, and we'll help you place your return or exchange.
What's your return policy?
All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order. The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging to qualify for a refund. If the product is found to be used or damaged, it may not be eligible for a refund.
To place a return, or if you are having trouble making a return within the 30-day time frame, please reach out to support@edilyo.com. Order # must be provided to place a return, and you will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, sorry about that! Please contact us at support@edilyo.com, and we'll be sure to get you the item you ordered!
What's your return process if I'm not happy with the product?
Yes, within 30 days after receiving your package. Here are your packing instructions:
Securely pack the items in a box.
Affix the mailing label squarely onto the address side of the parcel, covering up any previous delivery address and barcode without overlapping any adjacent side.
Use the address listed and affix the appropriate amount of postage.
Ship the package from your nearest post office or shipping company of your choice.

If you have received a faulty product, it is important that you send an e-mail to support@edilyo.com before returning your order. We will then be able to help you with the returns procedure and find an appropriate solution.
Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We recommend retaining proof of shipment for your reference. Please note that unless an item is denoted as Free Returns, it is your responsibility to return unwanted items to us and to bear the costs of returning them. Edilyo.com is not responsible for returned goods lost in transit, and it's important to ensure that you return goods using a postal service with adequate insurance.
If the product is defective or the wrong item was received, we will provide a full refund or replace the product at no cost to the customer. We do not accept returns if the customer chose the wrong size or if we consider the products to be damaged due to normal wear and tear, washed, accidentally damaged, or failure to adequately maintain and store the tools, improper or inadequate fit, or not taken reasonable care during the use period.
